Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Act as program manager - responsible for the execution and performance of all projects in a single program.
  • May act as a project manager for highly complex projects, managing multi-disciplinary teams and external subconsultants to perform to schedule and budget requirements.
  • Responsible for the preparation and coordination of proposals and other business development functions.
  • Monitor scope adherence and changes, schedule progress, and budget throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work and manages client interactions for programs.
  • Keep informed of new methods and developments affecting their organization and implement new practices or changes in emphasis of programs.
  • Lead all staff necessary to complete assignments.
  • Plan, schedule, or coordinate the preparation of documents or activities for a unique business line.
  • Act as main point of contact for their discipline or project team on portfolios and programs.
  • Approve scopes, budgets, and schedules for assignments.
  • Prepare proposals to provide professional services for engineering projects, programs, or a unique business line.
  • May act as a supervisor.
  • Represent Revamp in meetings with clients, customers, officials, subcontractors, and others and present specific aspects of engineering assignments.
  • Lead unique service line or program meetings and makes presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with company, industry, trade, and jurisdictional safety standards, practices, and codes.
  • Perform essential duties including meeting deliverables and deadlines.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or directed.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or similar.
  • Professional Engineering licensure preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience on projects in the renewable energy market is required.
  • 10 + years of project management experience in an engineering consulting environment in the renewable energy, EPC engineering, power generation or power delivery sector is required.
  • Knowledge of PV system design is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of project controls is required.
  • High level understanding of different engineering disciplines: civil, structural, electrical, and others.
  • Ability to independently make decisions and recommendations for unique issues impacting individual projects or larger portfolios and programs.
  • Demonstrated skills in persuasion and negotiation.
  • Superior verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and accurate.
  • Efficient time management – handle multiple projects simultaneously and with minimal supervision including prioritizing, organizing, and planning effectively to meet all deadlines.
